About Lesson
Airways (AWY),
Airways are the imaginary straight lines that connect two points on which aircraft must fly.
Airport traffic zones (ATZs),
It is the closest airspace to the airport, which serves to protect airport traffic and is therefore a no-fly zone NFZ for SFEs. In most cases it extends to a radius of 8 km from the airport and up to a specified altitude which may vary from airport to airport.
Control zones (CTR)
Control zone (CTR) is the airspace around specific airports where air traffic control is provided for all flights. A control zone extends from ground level to a certain altitude (approximately 1000ft to 2000ft).
