Flight plan
Open category operators of SFEs must submit a flight plan and request permission to conduct a flight only if the area they wish to fly is restricted.
In this case and until the application that will accept flight plans in accordance with the European regulation is ready, pilots should send their request via e-mail email to the Department of General Aviation, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) & Urban Air Mobility (APA A2/D) at [email protected] with a notification (Cc) to the General Organisation and Efficient Use of Airspace Department (CAA D4/B) at [email protected]
After the introductory approval of the APA A2/D and the final approval of the CAA D4/B, a message will be sent, indicating whether or not the request has been approved.
The response for acceptance or rejection of the flight by the Authority will be sent to your e-mail within a reasonable time.
